A French Toast Strata with lemon and raspberries with raspberry sauce is a much requested sweet breakfast.

During the warmer weather you will be served your breakfast outdoors on the veranda where you can enjoy your steaming coffee and generous serving of homemade muffins, fresh fruit and entrée. Early coffee is always available before 7:00 a.m. You can choose an early seating, 8:30 a.m. or take a bicycle ride early and come to breakfast at the 9:30 a.m. seating.

Early each afternoon you'll smell those special cookies baking for tea time. Chocolate chip biscotti, brownies, or just simply chocolate chip cookies. Our daughter, Christine teaches photography at Paskack Valley High School. Each year she brings her best students to Cape May to shoot for the day, but the highlight of the day is Mom's Chocolate Chip cookies! We also serve a savory such as homemade pizza with "Jersey Fresh" tomatoes and fresh basil.
